How to close the grounding switch Let's take the central cabinet as an example. The power line of the central cabinet adopts the "hand in hand" power supply method, and when the circuit breaker in the central cabinet is in the experimental position, the outlet side may still be powered from other substations. Before closing the grounding switch, make sure that there is no electricity on the outlet side. At present, there are three main closing operation methods:

1. Use electric inspection handcart Before closing the grounding switch, pull the circuit breaker handcart out of the cabinet, then push it into the electric inspection handcart, and close the line grounding switch after verifying that there is no voltage.

2. Open the door for electric inspection When the circuit breaker is in the test position, and the live display device detects that there is no voltage on the line, open the cabinet door to check that there is no voltage, and then close the grounding switch.

3.Relying on the function of the line side live display locking device This operation method is to close the grounding switch as long as the line side live display locking device indicates that there is no electricity and the locking is open.

Method 1:has a large amount of operation, which is equivalent to twice the power outage operation without the electric inspection handcart. At present, only the busbar power inspection and grounding operations are performed, and special electric inspection handcarts and grounding handcarts are used.

Method 2:is adopted by some power departments, and the operation procedures are more complicated.

Method 3: is one of the most commonly used methods for central cabinets. When the circuit breaker equipment is pointing to the test position, only when the line side indicates no electricity, and the live display device indicates that it has electricity and can operate normally, the blocking electromagnet indicates that there is no electricity. The grounding switch can only be closed when there is electricity and can operate normally. If any fault or power loss occurs to the electrified display device or the blocking electromagnet, the closing operation will not be performed. When the electrified display sensor is faulty or disconnected, it will It is reflected by the indicator light on the display.
