CT-07 Mechanism

The CT07 spring operating mechanism is widely used to operate vacuum circuit breakers in gas-insulated switchgear (GIS) and other switchgear. As a mainstream product on the front lines, it commands very high sales volume.

The product features a high-output-angle design. This solves the common problems of limited application range and small output angle in traditional spring operating mechanisms, filling a technological gap in China. Additionally, our innovative electric opening technology for spring operating mechanisms has reached a world-leading level.

Welding Process

We successfully resolved this issue a decade ago by developing a three-phase, three-shaft, six-hole parameters that met the demanding requirements for high concentricity, high precision, and high impact strength.

Hole precision requirement: H9 (Φ12.8 hole tolerance ±0.043mm)

Coaxiality and concentricity between three phases achieved at Φ 0.1mm

Minimum weld stress on the pivot arm: 5900 kgf; actual measurement demonstrates capability to withstand 13970 kgf.
